The Power of Simplicity.

Simplicity is not so simple to achieve. But when it happens, it is powerful and engaging. So we designed our app with the goal to make a complex topic as easy and intuitive as possible for you, focusing on what matters most.

Ask what matters.

The following straightforward questions cover the things you should know about the use of your personal data. Simple really.

1.

"Do you store, control or process any of my personal data?

If yes – what kind of data and for what purposes?"

2.

"Have you acquired any of my personal data from third parties?

If yes – from whom and what kind of data?"

3.

"Have you shared or sold any of my personal data with/to third parties?

If yes – with or to whom and what kind of data?"

4.

"Do you monitor my behavior?

If yes – how?"

5.

"Do you track my physical location?

If yes – how?"

6.

"Do you subject me to profiling?

If yes – based on which parameters and what are the potential consequences for me?"

7.

"Do you subject me to automated decision-making?

If yes – based on which parameters and what are the potential consequences for me?"

We collect and process just the minimum level of data on our platform. We only use the email address you provide us as the unique identifier for companies to find your personal data in their systems. And we use a secure two-step authentication procedure to verify it. We don’t need or want your phone number, address, birthday, passwords or any other personal data.

Plus: you can delete your account with us at any time and be irrevocably erased from our systems. Clear and simple.

Trust the trusted auditor.

Trust is important to us. Many companies claim they do what they promise and hope that you believe them.

We have gone one step further to earn your trust and commissioned Ernst & Young to audit our services based on the ISAE 3000 standards. This attestation among others covers user verification, authorization of One.Thing.Less by the individual users and all other core processes of the One.Thing.Less platform service.

With this audit, you can rest assured that what we promise is what we deliver.
